The process from website to delivery is outlined here:

2. Once we have received the form, a member of IBSA staff will contact you within 24hrs for confirmation of the order and processing of payment
3. We will then process the order at our in-house warehouse
4. The product should be out for delivery within 3 working days from the processing stage
5. You will receive a text message for timings of delivery
6. The product will then be carefully delivered to youraddress
